Tell the agent below what you're working on. It'll ask a couple questions, draft a message to Shane, and send it once you approve. If you've already been talking to the chatbot on another page, the agent remembers the conversation and picks up from there.
If you just want to fire off a quick note without the back-and-forth, say "just send him this message" and it'll do that too.
Shane is US-based and works remotely. He reads his own messages and responds within a business day, usually faster. If a conversation turns into a real project discussion, a call is easy to set up.
